Is Love Enough?

As Christians, we are suppose to love one another as Christ loves us. When asking God why He does so much for us (is so good to us), the answer is simple: simply because He loves us. And that love is enough. So, when it comes to relationships with one another (romantic and platonic), why do we exercise and truly believe that "love is not enough"? Do we have this all wrong?

Crappy to Happy

My work day began really horribly. I felt lied to, mistreated, disgruntled, hateful, disrespected, incompetent, and just all around crappy. So, I left work to: 1. deal with my account's overdraft fees due to my mismanagement of my accounts; 2. vent to my mother about how angry at the world i was; and 3. do some shopping therapy (with the money I hadn't mismanaged...lol). I walked back into work still feeling kind of crappy, but a song came to my mind and heart and i couldn't help but to sing for 10 ten minutes:

I feel so much better. It reminds me that all I have to do is praise Him. That's all i was created to do. He'll take care of everything else.
